Quantity Surveyor - Renewable Energy and Civils Infrastructure projects

The Role
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the commercial management of projects from pre-contract through to final account. Duties will include cost control, procurement, subcontract management, valuations, variations, and financial reporting, working closely with operational teams to ensure commercial performance is maintained.
Experience Required
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contracting environment
- Background in renewable energy, civil engineering, or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of cost management, procurement, and contract administration
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider project team
