The Role
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the commercial management of refurbishment projects from pre-contract through to final account. Duties include cost control, valuations, variations, subcontractor procurement, and financial reporting, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and to programme.
Experience Required

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within building refurbishment

Strong knowledge of cost control, valuations, and contract administration

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Based locally or able to commute to the Stockton area
Remuneration
