Client role - Quantity Surveyor - 36 hours per week, hybrid and flexible working

The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for a variety of key tasks, including:
- Assisting in the preparation of estimates and tender documentation
- Supporting the Senior Quantity Surveyor in the preparation of Bills of Quantities
- Evaluating invoices and work carried out
- Preparing final accounts
- Mitigating risks and managing early warning and compensation events
- Working with NEC 3 and NEC 4 forms of contract
- Providing essential support to the wider project team, including Project Managers and Finance
This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility of working from home two days per week.
Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the building and civil engineering sectors
- Familiarity with NEC 3 and NEC 4 forms of contract
- Understanding of estimating, tender preparation, and cost management
- Experience in evaluating invoices, final accounts, and managing risk mitigation measures
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
