The Role
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will take responsibility for the commercial management of construction projects from pre-contract through to final account. Duties will include cost control, procurement, subcontract management, valuations, and financial reporting, working closely with operational teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Experience Required
- Proven experience in a Senior Quantity Surveyor role
- Background working for a building contractor
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
- Ability to manage projects independently and lead commercial aspects effectively
