An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Temporary Sales Executive to join a successful housing developer in Northumberland. This role is ideally suited to an experienced property or new homes sales professional with a strong customer focus and the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer enquiries and viewings and maintaining strong relationships with prospective buyers. Duties will include ensuring the sales office and show homes are presented to a high standard, and that customers are carefully attended to when visiting sites.

Experience Required
Previous experience within new homes, estate agency or property sales is preferred. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and provide a professional and personable service.

Remuneration
Competitive salary package available, dependent upon experience.
