The Role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the full home-buying journey — from initial enquiry to legal completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and responding to all sales enquiries
- Conducting viewings and showcasing the development
- Maintaining and updating the CRM system
- Proactively generating and progressing sales opportunities
- Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the process
- Preparing reports and supporting the wider sales team
Achieving and exceeding sales targets
The Person
We’re looking for a confident, proactive and personable individual who thrives in a sales environment.
You will:
- Have experience in a customer-facing sales role (new homes experience highly desirable)
- Demonstrate a strong track record of achieving targets
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently
- Build rapport easily and support buyers through what is often their biggest purchase
Remuneration
Basic salary: £32,000 per annum
