We are working with a 5★ housebuilder who is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and driven Sales Negotiator to join their successful team in the Teesside area.

The Role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the full home-buying journey — from initial enquiry to legal completion.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and responding to all sales enquiries
  • Conducting viewings and showcasing the development
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM system
  • Proactively generating and progressing sales opportunities
  • Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the process
  • Preparing reports and supporting the wider sales team
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets


The Person
We’re looking for a confident, proactive and personable individual who thrives in a sales environment.
You will:

  • Have experience in a customer-facing sales role (new homes experience highly desirable)
  • Demonstrate a strong track record of achieving targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Be self-motivated and able to work independently

Build rapport easily and support buyers through what is often their biggest purchase

Remuneration

Basic salary: £32,000 per annum
