A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Section Engineer to join a major heavy civils project in Teesside. This permanent position offers the chance to work on large-scale infrastructure works within a well-established and growing civil engineering contractor.

The Role
The Section Engineer will support the delivery of key project packages, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with technical specifications. Responsibilities will include setting out, managing subcontractors, monitoring quality, maintaining site records and coordinating with site and project management teams to achieve programme objectives.
Experience Required
- Previous experience working as a Section Engineer within heavy civils or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of earthworks, drainage, highways or reinforced concrete structures
- Competent in setting out and surveying equipment
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations and quality procedures
- Relevant engineering qualification preferred
- Full UK driving licence
