The Role
The Senior Engineer will play a key role in managing and coordinating earthworks and land reclamation projects. Responsibilities will include overseeing site operations, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, managing subcontractors, and supporting project delivery to programme and budget. The role will also involve liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Experience Required

Proven experience in a Senior Engineer or similar role within earthworks, remediation, or land reclamation

Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and site management practices

Experience in supervising site teams and subcontractors

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

Strong communication and organisational skills

Relevant engineering qualification (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent)

CSCS card (essential); additional certifications advantageous
