The Role
Responsible for the successful delivery of commercial build projects, overseeing all aspects of project planning, programme management, commercial performance, health and safety, quality, and client liaison. The role includes managing site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders while ensuring projects are completed efficiently and in line with contractual requirements.
Experience Required
Previous experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager delivering commercial construction projects for a main contractor is essential. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills are required, along with a proven track record of managing projects through all phases of delivery. Relevant construction qualifications are advantageous.
