Senior Quantity Surveyor required to run large project in Teesside
The Company
National civils contractor with strong presence in the North East, providing a local base from which to work and a large regional project to lead.
The Role
A Senior QS is required to run the civils packages valued in excess of £120m to include demolition, piling and general civils work. The position is based in Teesside and reports to a visiting Commercial Manager. The duration of the project is 2 years with additional phases to follow.

Experience Required
- Civil engineering background
- Main contractor experience required
- Management of large, national subcontractors and high value packages will be advantageous.
Remuneration
Salary will be negotiable depending on experience, ranging between £50,000 and £80,000 per annum, plus a car allowance and other benefits.
