The Role
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will take responsibility for the commercial management of projects from pre-contract through to final account. Duties will include cost control, valuations, subcontractor management, procurement, and reporting, with regular collaboration between site teams and the office.
Experience Required
- Proven experience in a Senior Quantity Surveyor role
- Background working for main contractors and/or subcontractors
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Relevant construction or quantity surveying qualification preferred
