Site Agent – Civil Engineering

The Role
The Site Agent will be responsible for managing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery is safe, on programme and within budget. Key responsibilities include:

Managing day-to-day site operations

Coordinating direct labour and subcontractors

Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards

Monitoring progress against programme and reporting to senior management

Liaising with clients, consultants and stakeholders

Managing site documentation and technical compliance
Experience Required
-
Demonstrable experience as a Site Agent within civil engineering

Background working for a civil engineering contractor on regional schemes

Strong understanding of health and safety legislation

Ability to manage programmes, budgets and site teams effectively

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications

HNC/HND/Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline desirable
Remuneration

£45,000 to £55,000 per annum
