The Role
The Site Agent will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. Duties will include coordinating site teams, managing subcontractors, overseeing health and safety compliance, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring accurate reporting of project progress. The role will involve working on marine-based civil engineering schemes, requiring adaptability and strong organisational capability.
Experience Required

Proven experience in a Site Agent or similar role within civil engineering

Marine or coastal project experience is highly desirable

Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Relevant qualifications in civil engineering or construction management

SMSTS and CSCS certification preferred
