The Role
The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of bridge, highways or active travel projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget. Duties include coordinating site teams and subcontractors, maintaining programme and quality standards, managing health and safety, and liaising with clients and stakeholders.
Experience Required
- Previous experience as a Site Agent within civil engineering.
- Proven delivery of bridge, highways or active travel projects.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and quality standards.
- Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.
- Relevant industry qualifications including SMSTS and CSCS are advantageous.
