A permanent opportunity is available for an experienced Site Agent to join an established civil engineering organisation. The role will involve taking responsibility for the day-to-day management and successful delivery of civil engineering schemes.
The Company
An established civil engineering and infrastructure specialist, delivering projects including highways, public realm, and active travel schemes.
The Role

Managing site activities, engineers, subcontractors and the wider site team.

Developing and reviewing RAMS, construction phase plans and site documentation.

Leading on health, safety, environmental and quality requirements.

Developing and monitoring weekly programmes and key deliverables.

Managing subcontractor performance and procurement schedules.
-
Preparing progress reports.

Chairing progress meetings.

Ensuring accurate records and handover documentation.
-
Supporting the delivery of projects valued up to £5m.
Experience Required

HNC, HND or Degree in a relevant civil engineering discipline.

Minimum 10 years' relevant experience.

Gold CSCS card or higher.

5-day SMSTS.
-
Understanding of NEC contracts and commercial processes.

Full UK driving licence.

First Aid at Work qualification.
