An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Agent to join a large, well-established civils contractor operating across the North East of the UK. This permanent position offers stability and the chance to work on major civil engineering projects within a respected organisation.

The Role
The Site Agent will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification. Responsibilities will include supervising site teams and subcontractors, coordinating plant and materials, maintaining quality standards, and liaising with project management and commercial teams.
Experience Required

Previous experience in a Site Agent role within the civils or infrastructure sector

Strong understanding of site management, health & safety, and construction methodologies

Ability to manage site teams, subcontractors, and daily site activities

Relevant civil engineering or construction qualifications
Remuneration
£55,000 to £60,000 per annum, vehicle and benefits package.
