Freelance Site Agent to oversee a remediation project in Chester Le Street. This role is ideally suited to candidates with a background in earthworks or muck shift operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directing on-site staff in their daily tasks and responsibilities
- Managing all plant and machinery on-site
- Acting as the main point of contact for Contracts Managers and the client
- Ensuring all site personnel hold valid permits, cards, and licenses
- Efficiently managing site operations to meet deadlines
- Ordering materials and coordinating site deliveries
- Conducting regular site inspections
- Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Valid CSCS card
- SMSTS certification
- First Aid qualification
Remuneration:
- Negotiable based on experience
