A large and well-established Civil Engineering Contractor is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Engineer to work on a public realm scheme in Huddersfield.
Experience Required:
- Setting out of kerbs, paving layouts, levels, and alignments
- Establishing and maintaining site control points and benchmarks
- Checking line, level, and position of works throughout construction
- Coordinating setting out with drainage, services, and structural elements
- Liaising with subcontractors to ensure accuracy and quality
- Identifying and reporting discrepancies in drawings or site conditions
- Assisting with as-built surveys and handover information
CSCS card required / Own KIT optional
Remuneration
£300 - £350 per day
