A large and well-established groundworks subcontractor is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Engineer to work across multiple housing developments in the North East. This is due to start March / April.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting out roads and sewers for housing projects
- Delivery and quality control of:
- Roads and sewers
- Foundations
- Drainage works
- Liaising with site management and subcontractors
- Ensuring works are carried out in line with drawings and specifications
Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer within groundworks
- Strong background in:
- Roads & sewers
- Foundations
- Drainage
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites
- Relevant engineering qualifications preferred
