An opportunity has become available for a Site Manager to join a bespoke new build housing developer in Teesside.
The Role
Responsible for the overall coordination, supervision of the development, making sure it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Requires a proactive approach to site management, clear communication with all stakeholders, and a strong ability to oversee multiple tasks effectively.
Experience Required
Proven experience in site management, particularly within new build housing, demonstrating a thorough understanding of construction processes and health and safety regulations.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, health and safety standards, and building regulations.
Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS cards are necessary.
Remuneration
£240.00 per day
