The Company
An established bespoke developer whose developments are located in and around South Tyneside and Northumberland.
The Role
Responsible for the overall coordination, supervision of the development, making sure it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day management of site operations
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery
Manage site programmes, schedules, and quality standards
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Resolve any contractual or site issues promptly and effectively
Experience Required
Proven experience in Site Management within new build housing, demonstrating a thorough understanding of construction processes and health and safety regulations.
Remuneration
£55,000 to £60,000 per annum plus package
