An opportunity for a Site Manager experienced in Social Housing refurbishment, working on internal works in occupied homes.

The Role
Responsible for managing an internal refurbishment framework for a major client in the North East across occupied and void properties
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day management of site operations
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Resolve any contractual or site issues promptly and effectively
Experience required
Proven experience as a Site Manager within refurbishment social housing frameworks, occupied homes and liaising effectively with housing associations. Must have a strong understanding of construction processes, health & safety regulations, and contractual obligations. Relevant qualifications of SMSTS, CSCS and first aid are necessary.
Remuneration
£27.00 per hour
