The Role
The Site Manager will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and safely. Duties include coordinating subcontractors, managing site teams, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, monitoring progress against programme, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience Required

Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction and commercial building

Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and site compliance

Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and site personnel effectively

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Relevant qualifications (e.g. SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid) preferred
