A permanent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to oversee commercial and public building projects in Newcastle, covering both internal and external works. The Role
The Site Manager will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of construction sites, coordinating subcontractors, managing site teams, and ensuring works are delivered on time and within budget. Duties include overseeing both internal fit-out and external construction activities, maintaining health and safety compliance, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring quality standards are consistently met.
Experience Required

Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial and public sector construction

Strong background in both internal and external building works

Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectively

Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
