Site Manager
An opportunity for an experienced Site Manager needed to oversee a weeks holiday cover on a new build housing development near Barnard Castle

An award winning housing developer building luxury homes in sought after locations, with over 20 years experience in the industry.
The Role
Responsible for the overall coordination and supervision of the development. Manage site programmes, schedules and quality standards while being able to resolve any contractual or site issues promptly and effectively if they arise.
Experience required:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in social housing refurbishment (essential)
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualified
- Excellent knowledge of construction health and safety regulations, strong organisational and leadership skills and the ability to manage works in occupied homes with empathy and professionalism
