An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established construction business delivering high-quality projects across the Newcastle area. This permanent role will oversee both internal and external works, including fit-out and cladding packages, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and to the highest standards.

The Role
- Manage day-to-day site operations for internal and external works.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
- Oversee fit-out and cladding packages from commencement through to completion.
- Ensure health and safety compliance at all times.
- Monitor programme, quality and budget, resolving issues as they arise.
- Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders.
Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry.
- Strong background in managing fit-out and cladding works.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification preferred.
- Ability to deliver projects safely, efficiently and to programme.
