The Role
The Site Manager will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Duties will include coordinating subcontractors, managing site teams, overseeing health and safety compliance, liaising with stakeholders, and maintaining accurate site records. A proactive approach to problem-solving and programme delivery will be essential.
Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within the civils sector
- Strong background in power generation, renewables, and/or industrial or infrastructure projects
- Demonstrable knowledge of health and safety regulations and site compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
