An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established main contractor delivering industrial, warehousing and retail construction projects across the North East. The Role
Responsible for the day-to-day management of construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. Duties include coordinating subcontractors, managing site teams, maintaining health and safety compliance, liaising with clients and consultants, and overseeing programme delivery from start to completion.
Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry.
- Track record of delivering industrial, warehousing and/or retail projects.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and site management procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Relevant site management qualifications, including SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
