An experienced Site Manager is required to oversee the successful delivery of commercial construction projects across the Newcastle area. This permanent opportunity involves managing projects including schools, hospitals, student accommodation, and colleges, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

The Role
- Manage day-to-day site operations from start to completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Monitor health and safety compliance and maintain site documentation.
- Liaise with project teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication throughout each project.
Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects.
- Experience delivering projects such as schools, hospitals, student accommodation, or colleges is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of health and safety legislation and site management procedures.
- Relevant site management qualifications and valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification.
