The Role
Responsible for the day-to-day management of rail infrastructure and station refurbishment projects, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with programme, budget, and quality expectations. The role includes managing site teams and subcontractors, maintaining compliance with rail industry standards, and liaising with clients and stakeholders throughout project delivery. Travel to sites across the UK is required.
Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within the rail sector.
- Background delivering rail infrastructure and/or station refurbishment projects.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and rail industry standards.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Relevant site management qualifications and rail competencies are advantageous.
