The Role
The Site Manager will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of civil engineering projects, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to programme. Duties include coordinating site teams and subcontractors, monitoring progress, maintaining quality standards, managing health and safety compliance, and working closely with stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
Experience Required
- Demonstrable experience as a Site Manager within the civil engineering sector.
- Strong understanding of site operations, construction methodologies and health and safety legislation.
- Proven ability to lead teams, coordinate subcontractors and deliver projects on schedule.
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- SMSTS, CSCS and other relevant industry qualifications.
