A permanent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established organisation delivering waste water projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme and quality requirements.

The Role
The Site Manager will oversee daily site operations, managing teams, subcontractors, materials, and resources to ensure projects progress effectively. Responsibilities will include monitoring programme and quality, maintaining site records, coordinating with project teams and stakeholders, and ensuring all works comply with health and safety requirements.
Experience Required
- Proven experience in a Site Manager or similar position within the waste water, water, utilities, or civil engineering sector.
- Strong knowledge of site management, health and safety, and construction processes.
- Experience managing subcontractors, site teams, programmes, and resources.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and project documentation.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, or equivalent relevant qualifications are desirable.
