A permanent opportunity is available for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established construction business. The position would suit a Site Manager with a strong civil engineering background; water framework experience is desirable but not essential.

The Role
The successful Site Manager will be responsible for the effective management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards. Duties will include coordinating site teams and subcontractors, maintaining health and safety standards, monitoring progress and ensuring works are delivered in line with project requirements.
Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within civil engineering.
- Strong general civil engineering experience.
- Water framework experience is desirable but not essential.
- Good knowledge of health and safety requirements and site procedures.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively.
