Freelance Site Manager required to start 19/10/2026, 4 week contract overseeing a refurbishment in a school. Starting before the half term and working a few weeks when the children return to complete.
All internal refurbishment works,
Key Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for coordinating trades, supervising site teams, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring smooth project delivery within specified timeframes
- Strong leadership skills, practical knowledge of finishing works, and a keen eye for detail to effectively manage on-site activities and uphold the company's reputation for excellence
Experience required:
- Must have an Enhanced DBS check
- Essential certification required -
- CSCS, SMSTS and 1st aid at work
- Proven experience as a manager overseeing similar packages of work
- An understanding of flooring materials and working methods
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate and motivate site teams.
Remuneration:
- £260.00 per day (could be negotiable)
