We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee construction works within live healthcare environments. The role involves managing site activities during night shifts and weekends, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and in full compliance with healthcare standards.
The Role
Managing site operations and subcontractors.
Ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and infection control procedures.
Coordinating works to minimise disruption to clinical services.
Maintaining quality, programme, and reporting requirements.
Experience Required
Proven site management experience in healthcare or similar live environments.
Strong knowledge of H&S regulations.
Ability to work nights and weekends reliably.
Relevant SMSTS, CSCS and 1st aid at work certifications.
Remuneration
£300.00 per shift - negotiable depending on shift patterns.
