We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee social housing refurbishment works in Hull/Beverley area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable contractor with a strong pipeline of work focused on improving the standard of living in local communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing internal refurbishment works (kitchens/bathrooms/requires) across occupied and void properties, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budge with a strong focus on health & safety and resident satisfaction.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in social housing refurbishment (essential)
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualified
- Excellent knowledge of construction health and safety regulations
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage works in occupied homes with empathy and professionalism
Remuneration £240.00 per day
