Site Manager
An opportunity for an experienced Site Manager needed to oversee a social housing refurbishment scheme in the Hull/Beverley area
Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for managing internal refurbishment works (kitchens/bathrooms/requires) across occupied and void properties
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budge with a strong focus on health & safety and resident satisfaction
Experience required:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in social housing refurbishment (essential)
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualified
- Excellent knowledge of construction health and safety regulations, strong organisational and leadership skills and the ability to manage works in occupied homes with empathy and professionalism
