We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Site Manager to oversee social housing refurbishment projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating project teams, liaising with clients, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The position is temporary for a duration of three months.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, specifically within social housing refurbishment projects
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices on-site
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills to coordinate diverse project teams
- Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Experience in liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth operations
- Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are necessary
Remuneration £28.00 to £30.00 per hour
