Site Manager
A highly capable and experienced Site Manager needed to oversee a social housing refurbishment projects across the North East
Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating project teams, liaising with clients, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Contributing to community improvements and residential upgrades
Experience required:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, specifically within social housing refurbishment projects
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices on-site
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills to coordinate diverse project teams
- Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are necessary
