Site Manager – Construction (Healthcare)
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee construction works within live healthcare environments. Working throughout a live hospital ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and in full compliance with healthcare standards.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing site operations and subcontractors

Ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and infection control procedures

Coordinating works to minimise disruption to clinical services

Maintaining quality, programme, and reporting requirements
Experience required:

Proven site management experience in healthcare or similar live environments

Strong knowledge of H&S regulations

Ability to work nights and weekends if required
-
Relevant SMSTS, CSCS and 1st aid at work certifications
