Overview
A leading construction contractor is seeking an experienced permanent Site Manager to join the management team, overseeing the delivery of a new build leisure centre in Trowbridge. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-quality construction project from start to finish, reporting directly to the Project Manager.

The Role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Experience Required

Manage all on-site activities from start to completion

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site operatives

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations at all times

Maintain programme schedules and monitor progress

Conduct site meetings and report progress to the Project Manager

Ensure quality standards and specifications are met

Manage site records, inspections, and documentation
Remuneration
£55,000 per annum
