Site Manager
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to work on a multimillion £ commercial development in Sunderland.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing site operations and subcontractors
-
Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety
-
Maintaining quality, programme, and reporting requirements
Experience required:
-
Proven site management experience in of overseeing new build projects, specifically at the early stages of a project

Strong knowledge of all aspects of construction, from initial groundworks and enabling through to fit out and completion
-
Relevant SMSTS, CSCS and 1st aid at work certifications
