Freelance Site Manager (Façade Remediation / Fire Safety Projects)
We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected contractor that specialises in façade remediation projects, including fire-related re-cladding as well internal fire-stopping works, delivered across both new build and refurbishment sectors. With several projects already secured and due to commence once final approval is received from the Building Safety Regulator, we’re looking to engage experienced Freelance Site Managers - and Assistant Site Managers - ready to mobilise as soon as the go-ahead is given.
Key requirements:
- Day-to-day management of site operations, subcontractors, sequencing, and materials
- Maintaining rigorous standards of health, safety, and compliance
- Working closely with project, design, and commercial teams
Experience required:
- SMSTS or SSSTS, valid CSCS (Gold/Black), and First Aid
- Joinery, carpentry, or fire-stopping background is a strong advantage
- Proven experience managing façade remediation, re-cladding, or fire safety works
