A permanent opportunity has arisen for a Site Supervisor to join a well-established civil engineering contractor delivering projects across the North East.
The Company
The business is a reputable civil engineering contractor with a strong regional presence, operating across infrastructure, groundworks, and associated civil works. Known for consistent project delivery, safety standards, and long-term client relationships.
The Role
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification. Duties include supervising operatives and subcontractors, coordinating plant and materials, maintaining site records, and liaising with project management teams.
Experience Required

Proven experience in a Site Supervisor role within civil engineering

Strong knowledge of groundworks and general civils

SMSTS or SSSTS certification

CSCS card
-
Ability to manage site teams and enforce health & safety standards
Remuneration
£48,000 to £50,000 per annum
