The Role
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site activities, coordinating labour and subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. Duties include monitoring progress against programme, maintaining site records, liaising with project stakeholders, and ensuring work is completed in line with specifications and industry regulations.
Experience Required

Proven experience in a Site Supervisor role within civils and groundworks

Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and site compliance

Ability to manage teams and coordinate subcontractors effectively

Good communication and organisational skills

Relevant tickets/certifications (e.g. SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS) preferred
