An established and reputable business operating within the utilities and infrastructure sector, delivering pipe renewal and associated civil engineering projects across the North East and North Yorkshire.
The Role
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day management of pipe renewal works across the North East and North Yorkshire, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the required quality standards.
Duties will include coordinating site teams and subcontractors, maintaining high health and safety standards, monitoring progress and liaising with project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. As the role covers projects throughout the region, flexibility to travel across the North East and North Yorkshire will be required.
Experience Required
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor within utilities, water, civil engineering or pipe renewal projects.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements and site procedures.
- Proven ability to manage site teams, subcontractors and project delivery.
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant site management qualifications, such as SMSTS, are desirable.
