Site Manager – Construction (healthcare)
A well established regional main contractor is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to work as part of a team and report to a lead Project Manager. Working on a large new build project within a live healthcare environment. The role involves managing site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and in full compliance with healthcare standards.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing site operations and subcontractors

Ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and infection control procedures

Coordinating works to minimise disruption to clinical services

Maintaining quality, programme, and reporting requirements
Experience required:

Proven site supervision/management experience in healthcare or similar live environments

Strong knowledge of H&S regulations
-
Relevant SMSTS, CSCS and 1st aid at work certifications
